Philip M. Goldstein General Two words in the flammable & lining. The steel coils aren't flammable but the trough may be lined with wood or other material to cushion the load. Wood is flammable. So are high density polys (plastic). So that means no welding on the car for repairs. 2/25/2020 5:04:14 PM
